Privacy Policy

The short version

We run this site to talk to people about product work. We collect what you tell us in the project form, plus basic traffic measurement. We don't sell or share your information, we run no advertising trackers, and there are no third-party marketing pixels on any page.

What you send us

The project form at /start collects your name, email address, and what you tell us about your project — type, stage, timeline, budget range, and description. It reaches us as an email; there is no customer database behind this site.

One thing worth stating plainly: if you enter a valid email address and then leave the form without submitting it, we receive the partial brief you had filled in at that point. We do this so a genuine enquiry isn't lost because someone got interrupted, and the form tells you so at the point you enter your email. If you'd rather we didn't keep it, email us and we'll delete it.

Measurement

We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to see which pages get read and how quickly they load. On this site both are served from our own domain and set no tracking cookies. They record the page visited, the referring site, approximate country, and device type — not your identity, and nothing you type.

We also log which step of the project form people reach, so we can see where it loses people. Those logs record the step, not who you are.

Outside services

Each of these receives some technical data (such as your IP address) in the course of doing its job:

• Vercel — hosting, server logs, analytics and speed measurement.
• Resend — delivers form submissions to our inbox as email.
• Google Fonts — not used. Typefaces are served from this domain.

Your choices

We do not sell or share your personal information — including in the broad sense the California Consumer Privacy Act gives those words, which covers disclosing information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do none of it, so there is nothing to opt out of and no consent banner to dismiss. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, there is no tracking here for it to switch off.

To see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, email hello@bradashdigital.com. We'll handle it — no account or form required.

Retention

Enquiries stay in our inbox as long as the conversation is live, and are removed on request. We don't add you to a mailing list from this form.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is posted here with a new effective date. Questions go to hello@bradashdigital.com.
